Channel of complaints
Taurus Group, in compliance with their internal requirements and the provisions of the current Law 2/2023 of February 20, makes available to all its collaborators, clients and suppliers and/or any person who works for or under their supervision, the present channel of complaints to denounce or communicate reasonable suspicions of issues that are related to any company of the group.
Through this channel, you can send information on sanctionable matters or denounce unusual, illegal or violate internal policies or the Group Ethics Code, guaranteeing the confidential and safe management of communications, which may be anonymous, but never evil or bad faith.
The management of communications or complaints will be governed by the provisions of current regulations, applying the information management and protection policy procedures.
