At Taurus, returns are free of charge. If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below, and we will take care of the rest.

To return an order, log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Locate the relevant order and click on the "Request Return" option. Then, select the products you wish to return, indicate the reason for the return in the corresponding form, and confirm the request. Once this process is complete, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to proceed with the return.

Some FAQs about returns or refunds:

1.- What is the return period?

The return period is 30 days from the delivery of the product. At certain times of the year, this period may be exceptionally extended. If an extension applies, this information will be clearly communicated on our website and will only affect products purchased during that specific period.

2.- Can I return my order after the return period has expired?

Products cannot be returned once the established return period has ended, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If the product presents a fault or malfunction within the warranty period, the corresponding process will be activated, allowing its return free of charge.

3.- What should I do if the product arrives damaged or I receive a different item?

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team within 30 days or fill out the following form.

All our products come with a 3-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the date indicated on the purchase invoice. However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling (different from those specified in the user manuals), incorrect installations, or normal wear and tear of materials due to regular use.

4.- Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to make any changes, we recommend waiting for the product to arrive and then proceeding with the free return. If you wish to modify the delivery address, please contact our customer service team through this form.

5.- Can I modify the items in my order?

6.- Can I change the shipping details?

You cannot make modifications from our website, but when the order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email from the transport agency with all the necessary information and a link that allows you to modify the delivery details yourself.

7.- When will I receive my refund?

Upon receiving your returned order in our warehouses, we will send you a confirmation email. Subsequently, we will process the refund within 4 to 5 working days through the same payment method you used when making the purchase. Please note that the estimated time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank.
