Participation bases for the Instagram #Advientomycook raffle

ELECOMESTICOS TAURUS SL. (From now on, the "organization" or "taurus") domiciled in Barcelona Avenue, s/n, 25790 Oliana (Lleida) and with CIF B-01524230, will carry out a draw that will be developed in accordance with the provisions of the present ones bases.

1- Promotional period

The action will be in force from December 1, 2023 until January 9, 2024. This period will be called "promotional period."

2- form of participation and mechanics of the raffle:

From December 1 to December 23, a draw will be published every two days, at 12 in the morning. In each publication a product or set of different products will be raffled. All publications will have 1 winner and will be clearly detailed which product is raffled.
To participate, the contestant must:

a) Follow on Instagram @mycook_taurus_es and @taurus_es (except for the publication of day 1 that the contestant must follow only: @myCook_taurus_es)

b) Like the publication in which it participates

c) Comment by mentioning 2 real people in the publication in which participates

d) The desired times can be participated, each comment is a participation, as long as different people are mentioned and these are real.

e) The winner by private message must communicate his physical address to send the gift.

f) If after 7 days from the public communication of the “name” of the winner, he would not have authorized the processing of his data as indicated above or would not have given the indicated data, the organization will choose a new winner and proceed with the same procedure indicated.

3- Award delivery

The winner has the right to give up the winning prize, however, he may not redeem him for another one or for his amount in cash.

The expiration of the award will be the month of the publication of the winning contestant.

Participation is totally free.

All people who legally reside in Spain or Andorra will be automatically excluded by residents in other countries in the event that they could be winners are participating in this action.

Participation in this action implies acceptance in all these bases. The organizing company reserves the right to justifiably eliminate any participant who disappoints, alters or disabled the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of this action, as well as the resolution of any issue derived from this activity.

6- Exemption of responsibility for malfunction of computer media

The organizing company is exempted from any responsibility in case of malfunction of applications and computer means, which prevent the normal development of this action due to causes outside the company and especially for external acts of bad faith. Nor will the organizing company be responsible for the problems of transmission or loss of data not attributable to it.

7- applicable law and jurisdiction

The action bases are governed by Spanish law. Taurus and the participants in the action are submitted to the Courts and Courts of Barcelona Capital, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that could correspond to it.
