Placing an order through this system implies, in all cases, the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time by SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. and will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the website.

The price of the articles is indicated at all times during the ordering process, at the date of placing the order, clearly detailing the Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as shipping costs. When placing the order, you must ensure that the information provided is complete and correct. The order does not constitute a binding contract until it has been confirmed by SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion. The data recorded by SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. constitute absolute proof of the order as well as of the entire process.
Transport and Delivery
Delivery of orders confirmed by SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. will be made directly to the address indicated in the order, always within the Iberian Peninsula (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and in the following countries: France, Italy, and Germany. The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of purchase. SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control (logistics, force majeure, etc.).
You must verify the condition and quantity of the product supplied and may notify any anomaly to SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. within 30 days of receipt. We recommend checking your package upon delivery and noting any discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery slip. If the package is not received within the indicated timeframe, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier to resolve the incident.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product if you are not satisfied within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, by sending an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) to SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the communication of your decision is sent before the expiry of the period. In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any charges as a result of the refund. The goods will be collected at our expense.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation included.
After due verification, SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. will refund the price paid for the product as well as any invoiced charges, reserving the right to make deductions if the product is not returned in the stated conditions.

Without limiting the scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, any claim of any kind made against SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. shall be limited to the purchase price invoiced for the products concerned.
Product Availability
The selection of products offered on https://taurus-home.com is valid as long as the products are visible on the website and within the limits of available stock. As this is e-commerce, stock is updated online, so it may occur that the product runs out of stock during the purchasing process. If your order includes other items that are in stock, you will have the option to proceed with the purchase of those items.
Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any relationship between the user and SMART HOME APPLIANCES, S.L. shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
