PROCESSING AND PURPOSE
1.- Contact forms
You may contact us through various forms and chats on our websites where you may submit queries on any subject. We will request data (name, e-mail, and information regarding your query and the product to which the query may refer) solely for the purpose of properly handling the query submitted.
2.- Invoice request forms
If you wish to request that we send you the invoice corresponding to an order, you may fill out a form created for that purpose. The following data will be requested: name, surname, email, telephone number, ID number, full postal address, and order number. All of these are necessary for us to properly process your request and send you the required invoice. The above data are collected solely for the purpose of handling the sending of the invoice.
3.- Product return request forms
If you wish to request the return of a product purchased through one of our websites, you may do so using the corresponding form in which you will be asked for your email and order number. These data are collected in order to carry out the effective management of your product return under the established conditions, which will be carried out by an external transport service. We also need them in order to make, where applicable, the refund corresponding to the returned order.
4.- Communications and newsletters
Whenever you so request, we offer you the possibility to receive commercial communications about the products of the Taurus Group as well as recipes, news, updates, collaborations, events, and even special offers. In order to send you these communications, we will request your email, which will be used solely for this purpose.
To tailor our communications to your interests and needs, for advertising purposes and also for statistical and market analysis, we use analytical tools that collect and process personal data derived from the interactions carried out with the emails we send. This way we obtain information about whether the email has been opened and whether there has been interaction with it, as well as technical information about the device on which the content was viewed. This information is used solely for statistical purposes about our communications and campaigns and to adjust them to the needs and interests of users.
Each email includes a link to allow you to revoke the consent granted. If you decide to cancel your subscription, the personal data you have provided will be deleted from the database within 15 days from the date of cancellation (for technical reasons), and the usage data collected will be processed solely for statistical purposes in an anonymous manner.
5.- Taurus Club membership
To obtain the benefits and use certain services we offer, you may register for Taurus Club. When registering, you will be asked for an email and password. Afterwards, you may, if you wish, add data such as your name and surname, telephone number, and full postal address. This will facilitate management by our staff in the event of any query or comment.
With the intention of better understanding our clientele, we will use the information you provide during registration for statistical purposes. This will help us to generate specific actions aimed at different population profiles.
As a member of Taurus Club you will be fully informed of news related to the Taurus Group, and you will receive commercial communications about Taurus Group products as well as recipes, news, updates, collaborations, events, and even special offers.

As a member of Taurus Club you may also make your purchases more conveniently in the Club store. Through the website you may follow and check the status of all your purchases and orders, make returns easily, as well as manage your addresses and data. We also need this information in order to manage the shipping of products to your home once the purchase process has been completed. When placing orders, your information will be used solely for the purpose of properly managing that order until it is shipped to your home, as well as to allow you to have a history of your purchases and orders made.
6.- Promotions and Sweepstakes
If you participate in a sweepstake or promotion, you may be asked for certain data. These data will be used solely for the purpose of registering you in the sweepstake or promotion and managing your participation in it, as well as to contact the winner. The information provided will also be used to better understand our customers and may therefore be used for statistical purposes, which will help us to generate specific actions targeted to different profiles.
7.- Online store
In order to manage and complete your purchases through the website, we will request the data necessary to effectively carry out the online sale of the products in compliance with all legal and tax requirements. We also need them to be able to manage the shipment of the products to your home once the purchase process is finished. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of enabling and managing your online purchase as well as the shipping and transport of your product.
RETENTION
1.- Contact forms
We will retain your data for the time necessary to manage and properly resolve the matter you raise. Your data will be deleted 6 months after your query has been satisfactorily resolved.
2.- Invoice request forms
We will retain your data for the time necessary to manage and properly resolve the request you make. The data of the invoice itself will be retained for the legally established period during which companies are required to keep such data.
3.- Product return request forms
We will retain your data for the time necessary to organize and manage the return of the products properly. Your data will also be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
4.- Commercial communications
As long as you are subscribed to the service, we will retain your data in order to properly manage the reception of communications and newsletters. If you decide to cancel your subscription, the personal data you have provided will be deleted from the database within 15 days from the date of cancellation (for technical reasons), and the usage data collected will be processed only for statistical purposes anonymously.
5.- Taurus Club membership
The data of registered users are retained until the user deletes their account.
At any time the user may request deletion of their account by contacting the Customer Service team or by sending an email to rgpd@smarthomeappliances.es.
Data relating to purchases and orders made which must be retained by law will be kept for the legally established period.
6.- Promotions and Sweepstakes
We will retain your data for the time necessary to properly manage your participation in the sweepstake or promotion. Your data will be deleted 6 months after your participation has been satisfactorily resolved.
7.- Online store
We will retain your data for the time necessary to properly manage the purchase and shipment of the products and for the legally established period during which companies are required to keep such data.
Without prejudice to the above regarding the retention periods of the data, we inform you that we will retain the data during the limitation periods established to comply with our legal obligations, as well as to preserve our rights.
LEGAL BASIS
In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent, which is given voluntarily by completing the form, regardless of the device from which it is made, and with the express acceptance of the processing of personal data for the purpose described above for each of the processing operations.
DISCLOSURE
We will not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required.
In addition, we inform you that we work with several service providers (including companies of the Taurus Group) that are necessary for the proper and efficient development of our services, and therefore, in certain circumstances and conditions, we must communicate your personal data to them. This communication is always carried out in accordance with current regulations and, as processors, in accordance with the contracts formalized with them which legitimize their access to personal data, as stipulated in Article 28 of the GDPR.
These service providers include communication, marketing, digital media and social network agencies, hosting service providers, technical services associated with and additional functionalities for the websites, technical support service providers, and transport agencies for product shipment and collection.
USER RIGHTS
Any person has the right to know whether the Controllers are processing personal data concerning them.
You have the right at any time to access your personal data, request its rectification if it is incorrect or has changed, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was provided. The exercise of the right to object is equivalent to suspension.
In certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims.
For reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data, in which case the controllers will stop processing it except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
At any time you may withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of your data, which will not affect the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
The rights of portability and automated decision-making do not apply to the type of data and processing involved.
The exercise of the above rights can be carried out through any of the following channels. With a single request through any of the indicated channels, you may exercise your rights in relation to all the controllers listed at the beginning of this document. If you wish to exercise it only in relation to one of the controllers listed, you can simply indicate it in your request.
