How long does Taurus shipping take?

At Taurus, we want you to receive your order quickly and conveniently.

Estimated delivery times in the European Union:

  • Spain (mainland): 1–2 business days
  • France: 2–3 business days
  • Portugal: 2 business days
  • Italy: 3–4 business days
  • Germany: 3–4 business days
  • Poland: 4–5 business days

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it quickly and free of charge.

During the checkout process, you can choose your preferred delivery company (GLS or SEUR, depending on your country). With either option, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can easily follow your shipment. This way, you’ll always know where your order is and can better plan to receive it.

Special delivery areas

Deliveries to specific regions may involve additional shipping time or costs:

  • Balearic Islands: 3–4 business days, with a surcharge starting at €2.50
  • Other EU islands (e.g. Sardinia, Corsica, German islands): fixed shipping surcharge of €15 and delivery may take 1–3 additional days

Non-serviceable areas

We currently do not deliver to:

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla (Spain)
  • French overseas territories (e.g. Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, French Polynesia)
  • Azores and Madeira (Portugal)

International orders

To order from another country, please select your destination on the homepage. The website will update automatically to display the relevant language, pricing, and availability for your region.

Conditions that may affect delivery

The indicated delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by adverse weather conditions, strikes, local holidays, delivery incidents, or exceptional situations beyond our control. Likewise, during peak demand periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), shipments may experience delays due to courier company overload. 

Pre-order product deliveries

A pre-order product is an item you can purchase in advance, even if it is not yet available in our warehouse. The product page will clearly indicate that it is a pre-order, along with the estimated availability date.

If your order includes a pre-order product, it will not be shipped until stock arrives at our warehouse.
If your order combines in-stock items with pre-order products, we will arrange a partial shipment, sending the available products first.
