1. Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order you can do it from:

My account → my orders → Select your order → Cancel my order

Our customer service will receive all the necessary information to cancel it and return the amount.

2. Can I modify the articles of my order?

Once you have made an order, you cannot modify the content of it. We recommend that you cancel the order and make a new one With the articles you need.

3. Can I modify shipping data?

You cannot make modifications from our website, but CUnding the order leaves our facilities you will receive an email from the transport agency, where you will have all the necessary information and a link so that you can modify the delivery data. 

4. What happens if the product does not meet your expectations?

Returns are free. Contact our customer service within 30 days or fill in the following form.

Dedicate 2 minutes to give us all possible information about the reason for your return and keep the original packaging until you are clear, or protect the product.

5. What happens if the product arrives damaged or I have received another article?

If you have had any problem with your shipment, get in touch with our customer service within 30 days, or fill in the following form.

Attach photos of the problem: It will be much easier for our team to assess the incidence and offer you a quick solution that meets your expectations, in addition, this means that our supply chain has broken at some point, we appreciate your information to find the leak and repair it as soon as possible.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Once the product has reached our stores and we confirm that the article is in the state that you have previously indicated, we will notify you as we have initiated the return of the amount of your order.

It depends a little on your bank, but calculates a term of 3-4 calendar days to see the movement reflected in your bank account since you receive the notification.
